Headshot and Personal Branding Terms and Conditions

The session fee secures your preferred date for the photoshoot. You will select the images you want at the end of the session at $250 per image. These images will be hand retouched/edited. Only retouched images will be delivered.

Policy

The client may reschedule a session within 30 days of the original session with more than 24 hours notice, by paying a $150 rescheduling fee. This fee will be applied to the purchase of images. The fee must be paid by phone or email on the day of the rescheduling. If the client cancels, there will not be a refund. If the client does not reschedule a session within 30 days, the session will be considered cancelled.

Personal usage is included with the cost of the image. This means you can use your headshots on social media, your website, your business cards, etc.

The commercial use of these images is not included. Commercial usage, using these on paid advertising campaigns or on products, like books, to be sold, is not included. Ask Lakesha Miner Photography for pricing for commercial usage.

Your session may be documented with videos and photos for Lakesha Miner Photography’s marketing. If you do not want to be in marketing materials, please notify Lakesha Miner by email after booking and before the session.

Delivery of products. If your image collection includes tangible product, allow for 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery. Purchased digital retouched images will be delivered via password protected online gallery within 10 business days.

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Lakesha Miner Photography. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

BOOKING FEE

A booking fee is required to secure your session date and time. This fee will be applied towards reserving our team for your specific session date. Because we hold this spot especially for you and turn away other work, it is non-refundable.

PAYMENT OF PRODUCTS

There are no digital files or physical products included in your session fee. They are purchased separately based on the client’s selection at their designated ordering appointment. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, check, or cash.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

The client may reschedule a session within 3 days of the original session, by paying a $150 rescheduling fee. This fee will be applied to the purchase of images. The fee must be paid by phone or email on the day of the rescheduling. If the client cancels, there will not be a refund. If the client does not reschedule a session within 30 days, the session will be considered cancelled.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations made 30 days before the session will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. If Lakesha Miner Photography cancels the session, a full refund of the booking fee will be provided.

SESSION POLICIES

PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive on time for your session. Sessions will not be extended due to late arrivals. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

SESSION DURATION

The duration of the session will be as specified in your booking confirmation.

IMAGE DELIVERY

EDITING

All images will be professionally edited and delivered in JPEG format. Lakesha Miner Photography does not release unedited files or RAW formats of their work for any reason.

DELIVERY TIME

Digital images will be delivered within 2.5 weeks of the session date. Due to the nature of digital files they are non-refundable after delivery.

DELIVERY METHOD

Digital images will be delivered via online gallery sent to your email address.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Physical products such as smaller prints, artwork and albums have a turnaround time varying from two weeks to 16 depending on the scale of your piece.

IMAGE USE

CLIENT USAGE

Clients may use the images for personal use, including social media, prints, and sharing with family and friends. Commercial use is available with written consent from Lakesha Miner Photography.

PHOTOGRAPHER USAGE

Lakesha Miner Photography reserves the right to use images for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and marketing materials. Clients who do not wish their images to be used must notify Lakesha Miner Photography before the ordering appointment.

COPYRIGHT

All images are copyrighted by Lakesha Miner Photography. Clients receive a personal use license and do not own the copyright to the images.

LIABILITY

Lakesha Miner Photography is not responsible for any injuries, property damage, or loss incurred during the session. In the unlikely event that images are lost, damaged, or cannot be delivered due to technical failure, Heather Tabacchi Photography's liability is limited to a refund of the session fee.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of photography, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided except in the case of cancellation by Lakesha Miner Photography or failure to deliver images as agreed.
